With a volume of 15 Million US$ purchasing .The operational group is composed by the Purchasing department, logistic, Sourcing Manager, Supplier quality and operation Manager. Since my nomination I was able to decrease our material cost of 8% trough some transfer in foreigncountries and in reviewing the supply chain, these two activities have also benefited our customers in terms of total costs.

The products are use for dashboards within the automobile industry for clients such as Delphi, Visteon and Daimler-Chrysler. As Business Unit Manager, I manage a large manufacturing operation in China with an annual turnover of 4 Million US dollars, taking full responsibility for the welfare of 300 employees

managed a medium manufacturing operation with an annual turnover of 15 Million Swiss Francs. My duties included taking full responsibility for restructuring operations to address business growth, reduce cost and improve customer service. I concentrated on improving the whole plant manufacturing process and helped all managers to perform to the best of their ability.

Engineer to support the production in the automotive sector. After my first year, I was promoted to Production Manager and put in charge of more than 100 employees. This promotion allowed me to join the “Junior Key People Club” within the company. After my second year, the company transferred a large part of its production to Hungary. I was placed within this new division of the company called “Saia-Burgess Controls”, and was responsible for production, logistics and quality control in the new move.

As a graduate, I was able to familiarize myself with high tech complex installations. My duties included repairing and maintain installations regarding the measure of flow, humidity, temperature, pressure, level, value of pH, etc. I also was able to solve any technical problems and put forward ideas of how to make the process work.

Here I was able to learn to assemble production lines and complex electrical systems.

In this employment I was able to familiarize myself with all security aspects linked to the world of the aviation. My duty included the calibration and the checking of the electronics sensors.
