Co-authored the chapter “Measuring Environmental Sustainability” of Catena-X Circular Economy guideline Analysed and determined crucial factors and specifications affecting Life Cycle Assessment as a part of Aerospace-X project. Contributed to the development of the Master’s in Digital Twins course Published a scientific paper defining a competency model, for AdWiSE, which facilitates the design and development of advanced systems, digital twins and digital product passports, while promoting sustainability

Increased productivity in Paint shop, Press shop and EV Car shops, boosting daily car production by an additional 200 units. Led ramp-up and productivity improvement for a newly established final assembly shop for “Harrier” and “Safari” SUVs, achieving 120 cars per shift (11 above planned capacity) with an all-women workforce. Implemented Maynard Operation Sequence Technique (MOST), MTM and time study to optimize and balance work. Led Kaizen and redesigned layout to facilitate lean production.

Developed a prototype electric motor assist gearbox for E-Bikes, utilizing CNC machines to refine the design and enhance performance efficiency. Delivered highly precise and accurate components, leveraging Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and continuous process improvement

Delivered the project “Effect of Sheet Metal thickness on Stamping Analysis”, determining critical transition thickness between shell and solid elements using advanced CAD/CAM software and Finite Element Analysis. Applied knowledge of sheet metal working processes to design parts, collaborating with suppliers to drive improvements. Worked on state-of-the-art sheet metal press to develop prototypes.

Delivered a balanced score card with relevant KPIs for contractors, enabling effective tracking of contract performance in terms of safety, quality, delivery, morale, and environment. Developed a clear measurement methodology for each performance parameter along with a process for monitoring and control

Thesis – Factors and specifications affecting Life Cycle Assessment for End-of-Life strategies in aviation. Project – Implementing Lean as part of “Lean Factory” project in Bayer AG.

Completed summer school on IC Engine Fundamentals, Automotive Engineering and Alternative Vehicle Propulsion systems. Engineered an autonomous bot that raced on a circuit as a part of case study “Autonomous Vehicles.”
