- Organization of maintenance- and operation control of street lighting networks in Kaliningrad. - Managing the execution of municipal contracts for the maintenance, repair servicing and construction of street lighting networks, including acceptance tests of completed electrical work. - Acceptance of electric network facilities following repair or construction. - Establishment of technical requirements for electrical networks. - Coordination of routes for transportation of oversized cargo.

- Assurance and coordination of construction and installation works in accordance with project documentation, building codes and regulations, specifications and other regulatory documents. - Ensuring compliance with the technological sequence of construction and installation works on the site. - Keep records of work and technical documentation.
