Responsible for building and developing the new Stock Management department in the Netherlands. The Stock Management dept. is the linking pin between Supply and Demand, responsible for: * making optimal trade-offs in stock allocation for all categories and customers of Unilever Netherlands * business partner for internal departments regarding stock allocation related topics * manage service levels and drive continuous improvements * Report to Supply Chain Director Unilever Netherlands

* Leading Customer Service & Logistics team of Out-of-home channel and Unilever Foodsolutions Netherlands. * Order-to-bill process, including pricing * Supply chain improvement projects with customers (e.g. implementation of EDI, process improvements, EOQ model, (transport) cost savings, etc.) * Logistic account management, including delivery of logistic yearplans with customers * Member of the Customer Service & Logistics Netherlands management team * Direct reports: 11 FTE

* Supply chain business partner in several business teams in both food and non-food categories in the Benelux; * Chair business forecast meetings with Finance, Marketing and Sales; * Represent supply chain in projects related to product innovations and re-launches; * Responsible for long-term forecast and participate within capacity planning meetings with European Supply Chain Categories and factories; * Analyse KPI's such as forecast bias & accuracy, customer case fill and obsoletes
