As an Advisor for the Promotional Products brand at Vistaprint I am responsible for: - Identifying and escalating issues by collaborating with other global departments (i.e. marketing, payments, manufacturing, service strategy and problem management) - Being a point of contact for both the Dutch and German CARE teams - Organizing team meetings on a weekly basis - Lead bi-weekly meetings with other global CARE departments to track ongoing issues and provide information about changing processes

Provide service to Dutch and German customers via phone, e-mail and chat.
