- Identifying target companies in order to find potential candidates (client’s competitors); - Identifying suitable candidate profiles, direct contact using head-hunting techniques and networking with existing candidates; - Follow-up of candidate interviews, feed-back to candidates regarding the recruiting process; - Processing the applications; - Contacting the suitable candidates and performing telephone interviews;
