• Managing 3.000+ Windows 10 On-Prem workstations. • Managing SCCM, M365, MDT, Active Directory and GPO. • Software packaging and deployment. • Patching of workstations using SCCM. • Managing McAfee EPO. • Creating custom scripts for fault resolution. • Installing and configuring software on end-user workstations. • Acting as the escalation point for all desktop related issues. • Travels occasionally to Luxembourg headquarters for Trainings or System Deployment Projects.

• Managing 800+ Windows 7 and Windows 10 workstations • Managing deployment of Desktops and Thin Clients. • Performing remediation of SCCM Client and Anti-virus. • Participating on Windows build upgrade and hardware refresh projects. • Performing remote script installations. • Configuring Cisco IP Communicator. • Configuring VLANs of HP and Cisco Switches. • Acting as first level support for desktop related issues.

• Troubleshooting user problems relating to hardware or software, operating system, network connectivity, SIP accounts, email, user accounts, network printing, file sharing, and VOIP line problems. • Monitoring of Dialer, ISP, VOIP, MRTG graph, Network cameras, Biometrics logs, and IP Phones. • Coordinating ISP and VOIP vendors in case of problems. • Backing up of video logs, voice logs, and user data for disaster recovery. • Acting as first level support for desktop related issues.

• Removing duplicate, exclusions and exporting data using MS SQL server / MS Access. • Creating daily or weekly reports by reviewing and analyzing the marketing data from the database. • Performing quality control and assurance on output data. • Setting up of email campaigns, importing of data and broadcasting. • Scheduling of email marketing communications.
