This role required me to plan, develop, and implement hiring strategies for clinical and non-clinical positions throughout a healthcare system. I established relationships with individuals in the community and in professional capacities to assist in meeting the organization's strategic needs. I managed an average of 75 requisitions on a daily basis.

Through the utilization of The Employment Store's "fit and feel" I recruited top talent quickly and effectively. Industries included higher education, pharmaceutical, inside sales/outside sales and call center, administrative positions, and industrial roles (temporary and permanent).
