Team, integrating needs from R&D, Manufacturing, Service * Executing cost out projects (TCO), supplier collaboration * Optimizing sourcing footprint, new suppliers, make/buy decisions, lead time & flexibility * Negotiating Trade Agreements (Europe, US, Brazil, India, China)

* Developing KPI, tools and process for Global Sourcing functions - main performance driver for 250+ employees. * Defining business requirements for SAP BI spend solution; consolidating info from multiple systems into “one source of truth” * Improving product costing, transparency and cost forecasts = better decision making for tenders. * Conducting detailed analysis in Finance and Sourcing: Saving potentials and prioritizing (cost/benefit) * Performance management/controlling on Global Sourcing

* Aligning processes from multiple divisions into a company-wide business process setup within sourcing, enabling coordinated efforts towards suppliers. * Establishing clear process interfaces to Mfg, S&OP and R&D * Development of Sourcing cost saving KPI, improving transparency by including impact of commodity markets, currency fluctuations etc. * Coordination of business requirements for it-projects within sourcing & logistics, incl. SAP ERP roll-out in production BUs

* Project management, implementing back-flushing, barcode-systems and component traceability at factories world-wide.
