I am currently working on projects for p-didakt where I create storyboard for eLearnings and develop the storyboards in Adobe Captivate.

I develop eLearnings utilizing scenario design and various information delivery techniques including Powerpoint, animations, and greenscreen video. I help with the rollout of the eLearnings using ideas such as spaced repetition to maximize content transfer to the work place. I develop the material and exercises for technical live trainings as well give the live trainings.

As a freelancer, I conduct trainings at Hamburg School of English, Berlitz Sprachschule GmbH, Johnson and Johnson, Yamaha, and Shell Oil. Some of the themes I have covered are: Technical English for the Oil Industry, Negotiations, Telefoning in English, Small Talk, and Presentation Skills.

I conducted trainings using the Belitz P-P-P Method. I I taught children using games, stuffed animals, and physical activity.

I was a broker between our retail customers and trucking companies. Our retail companies relied on us to get their freight moved, and we provided our trucking partners with work. In addition, I was also part of a management committee that sought reform in our carrier sales team to opitimize its performance.
