Implemented EV charging comms for CMS/CME per ISO 15118 & DIN 70121 with PLC on ARM Cortex-M4F. Worked on Plug and Charge (PnC) and Bidirectional Power Transfer (BPT). Ported embOS RTOS to automotive hardware for real-time performance. Followed TDD; wrote unit/integration tests (Pytest), and handled UDS config via Tkinter tool.
Implemented DC fast charging software integrating a BMW i3 battery, leveraging Beckhoff TwinCAT real-time IPC for automation and control. Developed CAN-based communication protocols for battery management and system coordination, using C++ within the TwinCAT real-time environment.
