 Directed construction management & project execution activities for industrial emission control & power plant infrastructure projects.  Managed project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and client relationship management.  Led refurbishment & modernization of Electrostatic Precipitator systems for 2×210 MW thermal power units at NTPC Badarpur.

 Managed engineering, construction, testing, and commissioning activities for Ash Handling System projects.  Directed project scheduling, resource deployment, and technical coordination across project phases.  Conducted cost-benefit analysis and project feasibility evaluations to support commercial decisions.  Administered procurement processes and contractor performance management.

 Supported engineering and project execution activities for thermal power generation facilities.  Coordinated erection, testing, and commissioning of TG auxiliaries, boiler systems, and ash handling systems.  Managed project documentation, material procurement, quality inspections, and engineering drawings.  Collaborated with site teams and head office stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.  Assisted supply chain and logistics management for power plant construction projects.
