Vibration data monitoring as per CMMS schedule. Generating vibration analysis reports and giving suitable recommendations for corrective maintenance. Carrying out Thermal Imaging, In-situ dynamic balancing, and Laser Alignment. Providing my assistance during Root cause failure analysis, and attending RCM maintenance meetings. Proficiency in Bearing shock pulse analysis, Peak-Vue analysis, Envelop acceleration technique, Phase analysis, conducting bump test, Run-up & coast-down tests.

• Condition Monitoring checks for all the rotating equipment’s in the plant of different departments. • Maintaining PDM tacking and trending of all the equipment regularly • Preparing and submitting the reports for the machines on regular basis • Collecting the lube-oil samples. • Carrying out Thermal Imaging, and In-situ balancing. • Carrying out shaft to shaft laser alignment of different equipment’s • Carrying of ultrasound test for all the equipment on the regular interval
