• Serve as Limited Project Management Consultant for QA and QC of BMRCL Ph-2B/Pkg-2 — 11.678 km elevated viaduct including five elevated stations (four island stations and one normal station) and a 250 m pocket track. • Check execution work against approved DWG and TS, material testing at in house lab and third-party labs, review MTC and third-party test reports . • Review method statements and mix designs, Raised site observations and recommend corrective actions where needed.

• Oversaw construction of viaduct segments, pre-tension and post-tension I-girders and parapet works at the casting yard along with piles, pile caps, piers, pier caps, segment erection of viaduct and I-girder erection work of station. • Managed construction of station in accordance with drawings and specifications, structural work and Architectural works and handover to client. • Held responsibility for quality control and safety at site. • Prepared day-to-day progress and monthly progress reports.

• Constructed viaduct foundations, piers and pier caps. • Constructed segments and RE panels and track slab at abutments. • Carried out embankment and track formation work. • Read drawings and scheduled reinforcement, executing on site with inspection and permission from the consultant before proceeding to the next stage. • Held responsibility for quality control and safety at site. • Planned for completion of allotted work. • Prepared bills for sub-contractors, day-to-day and monthly progress reports.

• Constructed ESP and boiler foundations,2 office buildings, 2 storage buildings, a fire station, 2 main gates, and 4 residential buildings (G+1) each comprising 8 flats — including all structural and finishing works, handed over to the client. • Read drawings and scheduled reinforcement, executing on site with client inspection and permission before proceeding to the next stage. • Planned for completion of allotted work. • Prepared bills for sub-contractors, plus day-to-day and monthly progress reports.

• Responsible for construction of oil tanks and sub-stations buildings for operation systems, sleepers and pipe racks for pipeline laying. • Read drawings and scheduled reinforcement, executing on site with inspection and permission from the consultant before proceeding to the next stage. • Held responsibility for quality control and safety at site. • Planned for completion of allotted work. • Prepared bills for sub-contractors, plus day-to-day and monthly progress reports.
