Established the BIM department at Aecon. Responsible for leading the BIM strategy, execution, and planning of large-scale projects across Aecon's Civil East division. Leading the Mosaic Transit Group’s BIM team on the Finch West LRT project to construct 18 stops, underground interchange station, 11-kilometre guideway, signals, communications, maintenance, and storage facility.

Lead the BIM and Digital Design Delivery team while also serving as the main point of contact for all major projects. Responsible for BIM Management and the implementation of BIM standards while ensuring the project's BIM goals and objectives are achieved along with regular review and updates of the models and drawings. Engaged in Digital Delivery Management while assisting the digital solutions team to roll out the latest technology for various projects.

As a BIM Manager, my job was to ensure BIM goals and objectives are achieved through collaboration and clash resolution by use of BIM models. Responsible for the overall management and coordination of BIM delivery while ensuring integration of all information for the BIM models submission and related deliverables. Majorly focused on Rail Infrastructure Projects (Jurong Region Line MRT) in Singapore.

Co-founded a web-based apparel store. Responsible for creating digital designs including website development, marketing, and logistics.

Involved in preparing preliminary layouts for housings and commercial buildings in accordance with local by-laws. Drafting and modeling construction drawings.

Prepared drawings and 3D models for large scale public and group housing projects. Involved in design coordination of architectural, structural, and other services.
