Hey There, I have roughly 9 years of Software Testing experience and yes proud to be a Tester by heart. I have played various roles under the Software Testing domain in different organisation like Open-source, telecommunications, Aerospace, banking to name a few. Last role played by me was QA Architect for a Global Telecommunication organisation where my primary role was in the area of Agile and DevOps from QA perspective. Also driving the strategy and vision for the team was one of key activities as well. A big time believer of servant leadership as that's what lays the foundation to innovation, new ideas and thoughts to flourish. Not a big time fan of sitting idle at home and wondering what to do.. rather do what comes in mind first. I am a Mentor to new grads, help them build career in IT and also have been part of jury for renowned QA Tech conferences.
