My role in the project was to instruct and develop Civil and Electrical designs using Auto CAD, Revit Architecture. Preparing detailed project report on designs. Estimating the quantity as per drawing, Cost and Time Estimations, Billing the amount for the quantity's that are executed in the site as per BOQ issued by the Department and for the contractors.

My role in project was to study the respective designs and then execute those designs in the project according to the departmental instructions. Additional tasks included estimating the quantities as per the drawing and then billing the amount for the quantities that were executed in the site. (as per Bill of Quntities issued by the Department).I was also active in assigning duties to the existing labor force at the sites.

I have done my Practice School Programme for a course of One Full Semester as a major project at in Real Estate at VPL Projects Pvt Ltd at Green City in Visakhapatnam. This includes the Study of Drawings, Quantity estimation, Planning and Execution of the work in a Residential Building using Green Technology Concept .
