Redline Underground / Qatar Rail: Served as the main point of communication between the Project Manager, Site Coordination Engineer, Team Supervisors, and their staff  Assisted the Project Manager with the dispatching process and identifying interfaces with other areas or disciplines  Monitored and controlled report due dates and client priorities  Ensured the completeness and accuracy of reports, maintained the ComplyPro system, and transmitted final messages for approval by the Project Manager

Provided consulting services for interior architectural work throughout all stages of the project, from schematic designs to working drawings  Coordinated with various consultants and contractors for the development of kitchen, lighting, and artwork  Implemented a contemporary interior design concept within the context of Kerala’s traditional architecture

Managing & dealing all technical issues with regard to Design Engineering, procurement and execution/ delivery of ongoing projects in line with principles and policies of Top Management and owners. Meeting potential clients, negotiate technical sales, preparing bids and proposals. Developing design concepts and executing the job to successful completion.

Handling project from starting to end, discussing the requirements with clients and coordinating different consultants like structural, electrical, PHE, firefighting, Landscape etc. and vendors. • Preparation of Interior architectural lay-outs, elevation, plans, floor and ceiling plan, Furniture lay-out, electrical layout, material specifications, finishes and design Details. • Managing and checking of all detailed site workshop drawings in ACAD.

Handling independently all types of design development from Conceptual through Schematic and working drawing in all stages of the projects.

Working closely with Clients, architects and designers on design brief in order to identify client needs and requirements. Handling independently all types of design development from Conceptual through Schematic and working drawing in all stages of the projects. Preparing Conceptual Drawing, Schematic Drawings, Design development. Preparation of architectural lay-outs, elevation, plans, floor and ceiling plan, furniture lay-out, electrical layout, material specifications, finishes and design details.

Responsible for all phases of project planning and design from initial site visit to as built &site coordination.
