 Managed two teams (16 employees), standardized the process and leaded transitions from 19 countries;  Coordinated testing and the implementation of different ERP's and tools;  Worked with external clients, virtual teams and the controlling department.

 Increased the customer satisfaction by stabilizing the process and training the team;  Responsible for the team’s performance in Vendor & Customer Master Data Management, Invoice Processing & Invoice Validation as well in handling vendors inquiries;  Involved in Quality Check and Reporting.

 Broad customer care for Spanish direct debit clients, collecting unpaid invoices, contacting clients, sales agents and virtual teams;  Negotiating client’s terms and conditions, implementing payment plans, preparing contracts for loans, booking installments, etc.;  Preparing documentation in order to pass clients debt to an external collections agency, monitoring client’s payments to unblock their orders and generating links for payments via Internet.

 Worked for an external French speaking client, posted invoices, performed reconciliations of customer balances and statements, completed intrastats, calculated depreciation on fixed assets and prepared VAT reports.

Worked on freight stock markets as Timocom, Telerout, B2P and Trans. Searched for cargo, contacted clients and drivers, negotiated transportation prices, monitored the transport path, solved problems, collected unpaid invoices, estimated space & weight needed in the track, as well the time of loading/unloading, maintained relationship with the clients and supported the company with translations.
