I’m a passionate and motivated scientist with experience and interest in solid state and surface physics, materials science and engineering. As an experimentalist, I gained extensive knowledge of techniques and methods for material synthesis and surface characterization under various experimental conditions. My expertise includes project planning and management, data analysis and interpretation which requires the use of diverse software depending on the experimental conditions and outcomes. Through frequent preparation of scientific and technical content for presentations at conferences and workshops and for publications, I developed an open and concise style of communicating information. Currently, with the goal of bridging the gap between research and industry, I’m seeking opportunities that will allow me to develop and/or promote technologies with meaningful applications that benefit both research and other areas such as the health, energy, automotive or consumer-goods sectors.
