- Managed 4 different teams of Data Validators, Data Entry Associates, Medical Coders, and Lab Specialists. - Created processes for offshore delivery centers in India with effective knowledge transfer from a sponsor organization. - Ensure and improve SLA adherence and take appropriate action to check any slippage. - Responsible for recruitment, training, performance evaluations, motivation, coaching, and career development. - Provides Client Billing, effort estimation/resource forecasting.
