- Executing and monitoring ongoing projects. - Validate costing and invoices of contractors and vendors - Prepare and submit Bill to client (C.P.W.D) - Interact with Client, Contractors and Vendors to ensure timely completion of projects. - Responsible for estimating, managing project cost and budgeting.

Quantity Estimation revises building plans using engineering software (AutoCAD), site inspection, daily construction monitoring updates, creates billings, dealing with clients, documentation -Construction supervision - Verification of invoices by subcontractors - Operational control for the construction and management of buildings - Implementing new cost saving constructions methods. - Prepare bid documents and the technical specification - Project Execution

• Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification • Checking quality of materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements • Inspect & review projects to monitor compliance with building & safety & other regulations • Surveying • Monitoring the project. • Sub-contractors productivity/ Quality of the work/ Coordination with the Client & sub-contractors
