I work on managing the engineers, managing work tasks, and project timelines. I also managed the development process using top tools such as Jira, Trello, managing code repositories, and overseeing the process of delivering the final product to the customer through the actual testing and evaluation processes of the final product in addition to Providing consultation regarding strategic technology decisions in the company.

Responsible for product management, planning, and implementation throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and client’s requirements, defining the product vision, and working with engineers’ team, sales, marketing, and support to ensure customer contentment goals are met.

I worked on following up on the projects, starting from gathering requirements from customers and coordinating with all parties involved in the project through periodic meetings to track the status of the project. I also handled assigning tasks to the development team and tracking these tasks to reach the final product delivery stage.
