Creating an Automatic Visual Inspection (AVI) system based on Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) using Keras with TensorFlow to classify if waterproof sealings which are to be deployed in aircraft shells are fit enough to be used in the actual manufacturing process. Leveraging the concept of Transfer Learning and techniques like Test Time Augmentation (TTA), our solution based on the state of the art in Deep Learning produced credible results with very less data.

Worked towards automating and integrating the operations of Temperature Controllers, Gas Analyzers, Mass Flow Controllers and other laboratory instruments with NI LabVIEW helping Researchers perform their experiments in a reproducible and reliable manner

Worked in the Engineering and Industrial Services (EIS) Domain on a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) project as a part of a Global Support Helpdesk working on GE Proficy Plant Applications (Version 5.0, 6.1) along with Data Collectors and Proficy Historian. Also versed with SQL required for Re-indexing of the production Database, debugging Stored Procedures and Backup Job Monitoring and Troubleshooting
