Handling all design coordination & pre-construction issues related to projects. Was the SPOC for the client & arranged regular progress meetings. Facilitating procurement & management for the project in coordination with stakeholders. Prepared Design Strategy Reports & budgets for new projects & interacting with prospective clients. Involved in Value Engineering & Value Addition for ongoing projects. Was responsible for preparing reviewing contracts, handling any contractual issues that arose.

Actively observe and study to understand the various project management procedures, SOP's, procurement procedures followed in the organisation. To prepare a mini schedule to get some hands on experience about the details of various permits and permissions required to be taken before the construction phase. To assist the managers in reviewing drawings from architects; quotations from vendors and study contractual documents that have been executed.
