Managed key aspects of three private projects from bid evaluation and preparation with the aid of BIM software to monitoring project compliance with safety regulations, meeting contractual conditions of performance, reviewing work progress according to project plan on a daily basis with the aid of Primavera P6, schedule deliverables and estimate costs, and analyse, manage, and mitigate risks.

Supported with the development of ‘Sawsana’ - Jordan’s green buildings rating tool, to deliver a healthy and sustainable environment for the local communities and make green buildings a widespread reality in Jordan

Saif Eddin Sayed Ahmed started working as an architectural photographer in 2011, taking professional photos of buildings and other structures, fulfilling his passion for both photography and engineering. He is used to talking to architects and fellow engineers about their specific needs for the pictures, and this communication assisted him in immersing himself deeper in both the photography and engineering professions.

- Part of the team to deliver full structural analysis and design of private school in Al-Mafraq, Jordan, with a total built area of 1544 square meter accompanied by a theatre, conforming to the ACI and Jordanian codes - Utilised expertise to determine between three analysed alternatives taking the following constraints into consideration: safety, economy, and practicality in the stages of construction and maintenance
