Mi3 has offshore Global Delivery Centers in Bangladesh and provides tremendous cost-saving advantages over other offshore alternatives. Mi3 is endorsed by the government of Bangladesh and by several consortiums which recognize the value that Mi3 brings not only to the global business community but to the region itself.

Selected by Cingular Wireless to direct and provide software services for its wireless billing system. The primary challenge was to development and integration of software that processed local and international airtime, micro-payments, direct bill, prepaid, and whole sellers for 20 million subscribers. Managed a technical team that developed software needed to bill 20 million mobile subscribers. Applied design elements to optimize performance (e.g., networking, front-end design, data access).

Assumed technical lead responsibilities of BellSouth mobility billing systems. Provided weekly team status report to senior manager. Assigned systems enhancement job request to team programmers. Provided consulting services to team programmers. Coached and mentored junior programmers. Designed and developed software to price and rate voice calls for 14 millions customers and produced monthly detailed billing statements.

Implemented a new multi-user environment data clearing warehouse software. It was designed and modeled in UML using rational rose 4.0. Assisted in designing and coding. Successfully developed seven modules, including fifty objects.

Designed and developed Diversion Recovery Systems. Flight dispatchers used this application to reschedule flights in divert situation. Developed and designed Aircraft Parts Maintenance System. Delta technicians used this application to query parts information in a central database. Developed and designed Delta Management Support Systems. This application was designed for Delta executives to see customized reports of all financial transactions occurred by various departments.
