• Working on FENNOVOIMA-RUSATOM Project on HANHIKIVI 1 NPP, with overarching responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of day to day activities and the timely completion of structure to time and budget constraints • Supervised works including: excavation works, drilling works, grouting works, concrete works, form works, paving works, backfilling, underground & piping works

• Leading and mentoring a multi-discipline construction team across end-to-end project completion from design through installation and commissioning; allocating resources / production in line with individual strengths • Monitoring and supervising the completion of work in line with contract technical specifications • Maintaining continual focus on the delivery of all site work to the highest standards of safety at all times

Supervised works including: excavation works, concrete works, form works, paving works, backfilling, underground & piping works, painting works, foundation piles, foundations for static and rotating equipment, as well as steel structures, grouting, building work (brickwork, plastering / painting, tiling, insulation, panel installation) and systems covering firefighting and oily sewage
