* Create Tableau dashboards/ datasets for the sales, marketing, product team and management. This usually involves transforming complex business logic in SQL queries and automating the data pipeline on Airflow. * Perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic decisions for the business. * Build ETL tools to enrich our Salesforce instance with data from an Exasol database using the Python simple-salesforce API and SOQL queries.

At GPS, I am responsible for tracking new product innovations in the FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) industry from raw unlabeled data collected from various social media sources and specialty magazines. My responsibilities include automating the data collection, storage and labeling using third-party APIs and classical natural language processing approaches.

My main task at Optiopay was focused on converting raw unlabeled banking transactions into user segments. This was the topic of my master thesis. To achieve this, I rst used several publically available data and weak supervision methods to label data then experimented with several clustering algorithms to create separable user clusters. Moreover, I supported the ad-hoc requests of the marketing team, by building Power BI dashboards and analyzing outcomes of A/B tests using inferential statistics.

At Blackout, my main task centered around collecting, storing and building baseline natural language processing models to improve the question answering capabilities of the Pepper robot. To achieve this, I scraped 1 million articles of German news articles and built sentiment analysis models using classical machine learning models.

Launched e-commerce store selling Tunisian handmade silver jewellery. Coordinated the workflow between the web developer, photographer and content editors. Analysed user data to generate sales strategies both online and offline.

Conducted financial analysis on Middle East and North Africa listed companies. Wrote business intelligence reports on cement and leasing sector detailing main trends and challenges to these sectors in the MENA region.
