-Accountable for accurate and timely order confirmations from suppliers -Monitoring and analyzing supplier performance and reporting/escalating any obstacles faced during management meetings. -Developing, maintaining and reporting distribution logistics-related KPIs (On Time Delivery reports) to Global Operational Supply Chain Manager. -Induction Training for new comers. -Leading NPI new team members. -Negotiating financial quotations from vendors/suppliers for budgetary purposes.

-Managing overall daily operations for NPI between the foundry OSATs and internally -Maintaining accurate data in MRP (SAP)for proper OTD -Review and analyze production planning and forecast. -Timely interpreting supplier inputs (such as B2B Feeds and WIP-reports) -Liaising between all departments to ensure on-time delivery during new product tape outs and redesign tape outs -Working with shipping team and forwarders to improve shipment delivery

-Tracking and expediting shipments with Freight Team. -Create and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure OTD -Weekly meetings with customers and management to report all updates. -Review invoices and documentation for better enhancement of shipments. -Update forecasts in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application -Updates and communicates shortage and backlog reports, and provides possible delay alternatives. -Support in price forecasts for budget cycles -User acceptance testing on systems

-Responsible for Team coordination, goal setting, budgeting, resource planning and reporting of all projects. -User acceptance testing for inhouse software. -Report bugs and follow up with fixes -Work allocation to team -Providing assistance to the team

-Plan financial audits -Assesses compliance with financial regulations and controls -Report audit progress and findings ' -Execute the day-to-day activities of audit engagements by utilizing KPMG’s Audit Methodology -Identify performance improvement opportunities
