As an SAP Business Objects support engineer my main responsibilities consist in functional and technical support for SAP BO clients, My daily tasks include: - Monitor and Manage incidents resolution. - Diagnose and/or resolve technical customer problems - Assist customers during the implementation of the proposed solution through phone calls or screen sharing. - Share knowledge internally by documenting the detected anomalies, the thought process during the investigation and the proposed solution

Selected to be mentored within the corpnet team at Google where I explored the Google's data analysis tools like Google Cloud Platform and Google Analytics. Participated in various workshop session in Design thinking, emotional intelligence and inclusive leadership.

As a junior hracess junior consultant I participated in the design, customization, development and validation of the human resource management system HRa Suite. Provided functional and technical support for customers on projects.

Designed and developed an ASP.Net application to manage internal Quality auditing in Telnet. The application Assists audit manager in planning audits and notify concerned employee, ensures the gathering of all data related to auditor's assessments, observation and synthesis and generates a dashboard providing an overview of anomalies and common quality risks.
