Technical Functional Analyst OMS and EMS implementation • Lead Analyst for infrastructure preparation for the introduction of Portware. • Producing documentation for data center requirements, WINTEL application servers and UNIX server selection, Citrix / DoD. • FIX certification test with market destinations and connectivity between OMS and EMS. • Owner of „runbook“ for advising how to manage Servers and release management.

Role: Application Support Analyst Portfolio Management and Trading Applications Support • Ongoing Front office relationship, troubleshooting and issue resolution around user admin. • Escalation and management of issues with Level 2 & 3 Support where necessary. • Designing new reports and enhancing existing reports for the FX and Equity trading desks. • Support other Company initiatives such as new projects, release management and user training

Technical Analyst with a SimCorp project team • Managing relationships and Co-ordination between IBM technology services and DWS. • Managing and supporting internal clients such as the SCD Accounting team and Tradeflow with „GCM“ ticket creation, ordering other hardware retirements. • Database design, Visual Basic development, bug tracking and a key contributor to other software engineering matters.
