Design and Consultation • Renovation and re-construction of 5-star hotel in Sulaimanyah-Sachinar 6 stories building on 5,000 sq.m. plot area • Construction of KSC-Head Office 5 stories building on 1,500 sq.m. plot area • Construction of KHAK-TV printing and publishing house 7 stories building on 2,000 sq.m.

• Check and prepare drawing sets including (Architectural, structural, water supply & sewerage system, electrical, mechanical) in the fields despite all details required for the projects. • Review the previous (UN-Habitat Sul. Field Office, DDU) drawing sets under instruction and supervision of senior engineers. • Check all engineering drawings for project proposals before tendering process

• Planning & supervising the master plans under direct supervision and instruction of Deputy Minister. • Land distribution of all towns, districts that attends sub – municipalities. • Checking the surveyed lands with the new master plans. (Rehabilitation)

• Preparing primarily and details designs for all projects creating contracts with UN-Organization. • Checking all issued projects. • Participant in some implemented projects that designed by the bureau.
