**Involved in the full lifecycle of re-analysis, re-design, re-development, and migration of inventory platform using .NET Core, and achieved fully automated processes and saved $ 100K+ operation costs annually. **Covered 10 modules in the marketplace platform by unit test and reduced new bug tickets by 2 times (legacy .NET Framework and new .NET Core codebases). **Managed to develop test drive software and increased test drive cases by 5x more than before and increased sales as well.

**Developed and tuned complex SQL queries requested by software teams. **Improved data integrity by designing and deploying master data service. **Monitored, identified, and improved queries and indexes performance. **Managed to enhance average report response time by 5x using proper partitioning, and performance tips.

**Managed to improve managers' insights and decision-making with analytical dashboards and reports. **Speedup business processes up to 3x by automating flows and processes in CRM. **Reduced operation overhead costs and improved customer satisfaction by developing the client panel.
