• Implement startup management for critical new parts, including industrialization meetings and performance tests at the supplier. • Initiate and coordinate BOM management projects/activities. • Demonstrate, document and track technical measures to reduce material costs and ensure compliance with logistical and technical specifications.

• Serve as a key technical liaison for purchasing department between program management, change management, quality, engineering, prototype lab, and logistics groups – field requests, develop corrective actions, and resolve issues as needed; manage escalations within program purchasing department.

• Provide purchasing analyses, guidance and communications to program personnel to ensure the completion of purchasing initiatives and related projects.

•Responsible for Foreign Trade team with 3 direct reports. Responsible for set of annual goals and activities, job descriptions and mid and annual evaluations of the team.
