ELY - Encouraging Leadership in Youth is a Social Entrepreneurship Project accompanying young adults (age of 15 to 20) in their personal development. We organize tailored personality development programs for young adults making their first steps in working environments which is followed up with a one year extended program honing their leadership and management skills focusing on the concept of "smart & kind leadership".

The Villa Verdin lies on the year round sun soaked Lake Millstatt. For those who enjoy crystal clear water, good wine, equally delicious food, a mediterranean flair, recuperation and so much more, this is the place to be.

I was the Co-founder of the Start-Up Selectra Österreich GmbH based in Vienna. We help customers switch their energy suppliers and assist them with activating their utilities. We are a team of people who strive on a daily basis to make energy suplly switches more agreable for our customers and provide them the best customer experience possible.

I am currently working with the company Selectra Sarl (selectra.info) on the development of its website stromliste.at in Austria. I am responsible for content management, conceiving and executing marketing and communication campaigns, and aquiring new business partnerships. The final aim is to make stromliste.at the new leader in energy comparison in Austria.

- research the migration of health workers from the Philippines - contacting and interviewing various experts and personalities, - gathering qualitative and quantitative data - giving a public presentation of final results to experts and government officials

- Liaising with relevant government actors, various NGO´s, implementing partners, internal staff and refugees - Compiling daily news reports - Synthesizing weekly and monthly reports for the UNHCR Headquarters in Geneva - Organizing and participating at donor visit by US based Latter Day Saints to various refugee settlements
