• Line managing a daily rental operation of 10 employees, handling fleet logistics for corporate, insurance and retail cliental. • Revenue management and cost control of all operational functions, referencing a per unit analysis to achieve growth and operational profit. • Account management of existing corporate clients and marketing for new leads and potential accounts. • Managing account receivables and preparing financial statements.

• Assessed Empty Homes and Home Improvement Scheme applications using London Rebuilding Society criteria and processes. • Met with homeowners for initial and progress report meetings. • Assisted in valuation of houses along with checking land registry records. • Sourced empty properties grants from local authorities and checked all entitled benefits and grants were being claimed with the assistance of the Housing Development team.
