· Participate in the study and organization of VAS projects. · Lead and coordinate with design and development Teams. · Ensure compliance with the project quality requirements and analyze risks. · Projects reporting · Ensure compliance with quality standards and the used methodology. · Following up the relationship with business partners.

· Do preventive maintenance tasks like System, DB and software health check · Validation of the upgrade and maintenance procedures and patches. · Troubleshoot customer complaints · Incident management and service re-establishment . Participate as needed in special projects (installation, audit...) . Integration of VAS platforms into production environment . Development of advanced scripts for monitoring systems and analyzing the key performance indicators (KPIs).
