DSD-Ferrometalco is a major steel-construction player in Egypt, my responsibilities include: • Plan and oversee the development, implementation, and support of information technology services, • Participate in selecting the suitable ERP system and making sure that the segregation of duties are in place and the system is available 24*7 to all users according to their privileges / ranking,

MCV is 1000+ users spread in 12 sites within Egypt and 4 abroad sites, my responsibilities include: • Manage two IT sections “Technical” and “Solution”. • Oversee the overall IT operation, security and performance of network infrastructure and data center operations, also increase the level of automation through the Solution department. • Manage an effective and prompt technical support whenever required & ensuring of gaining the customer satisfaction.

• Assist in the implementation of the FLEX-CUBE application • Raising the awareness of Information Security across the Bank’s branches. • Develop with involved IT Depts. the contingency plans and disaster recovery procedures • Create and update the necessary procedures and user guide manuals related to operations security standards and policies • Set proper UAT environment, making sure all application are adhere to the Bank’s standards
