Managed MIS reports, including backup, reconciliation, server uptime, and inventory reports. Handled server patching, VM and DB backups, service requests, IAM user management, and provisioning of EC2, RDS, and S3 for AWS and Azure clients. Created SOPs and managed git operations for backend teams.

Developed and maintained REST services using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC to automate and remediate security issues across AWS, GCP, and Azure environments. Key solutions include applying AWS tagging best practices, ensuring encryption of Amazon EBS snapshots, configuring termination protection for EC2 instances, managing EKS Cluster node groups with appropriate IAM permissions, securing data at rest using GCP Cloud KMS, and enabling Deletion Protection for Aurora Serverless clusters.
