Research focused on the selection of the surge arresters for the power transformers of the electrical substation of the Lesedi photovoltaic system (located in South Africa), design of a grounding system, behavior analysis of the overcurrent protections with DiGSILENT Power Factory.

"USB Solar" is a group formed by students of the Universidad Simón Bolívar dedicated to the construction of a prototype of car, propelled solely by solar energy. Role in the group: management and execution of the performance testing of the electric motors under load and with different configurations. Participation on the design of the electrical protection system of the prototype. Contributions to the mechanical division and the administrative part of the project.
