- ISTQB Certified Tester - Foundation Level Certification - Support in the design, creation and maintenance of test plans for manual and automated tests - Creation of test cases to cover defined quality criteria (manual and automated) - Participation in the planning and continuous development of test processes and tools - Documentation and evaluation of test result

- Taking care of the concerns of customers, both by telephone and by email - Search for the possible cause in parallel during the fault description - All steps are logged and stored in the database - Maintain a professional and friendly contact with our client

- Solve solution-oriented incoming and outgoing telephone calls (in- and outbound). - Make payment agreements within the specified competence framework and answer questions all around the settlement of outstanding claims

- Definition of the production plan - Control and monitoring of production progress (technical textiles) - Coordination of the activities of the production unit with other internal services - Ensuring compliance with procedures and quality parameters - Determination of quantitative and qualitative goals and monitoring of their achievement - Find and propose solutions to improve performance - Develop a strategy to increase the efficiency of the workshop
