Mentoring , code reviews, interfacing with product owners in defining and understanding high level requirements.

I was hired to spearhead the mobile first approach taken by the management. The web client was re-envisioned to create a much more feature rich android application. I closely worked with sales and product owners in defining the features. Design, architecture, coding ,bug fixing, implementing complex custom ui components proposed by ux team were my technical functions.

I was involved in the mobile app creation and coding in the java server back-ends for the flagship product . A hybrid app was created. I closely worked with server side architects for creation of json to be consumed by the mobile app. Regular duties included coding, bug fixing, design, interfacing with ux and server side architects, mentoring.
