Hail and Ghasha offshore Project

Project- Borouge 4 project, having 03 EPC packages as the “polyolefin units package”, the “cross-linkable polyethylene (2) unit package”; the “utilities and offsites package”, The completion in expected by 2025. Once the project is completed, the Ruwais complex will be the world’s largest single-site polyolefin facility. (Project value of USD 3.5 Billion) Role: • Member of Project Procurement Team, working at Abu Dhabi Branch office in Abu Dhabi (UAE). • Handling Electrical packages.

Member of Corporate Procurement Team (Gulf Region) in Abu Dhabi. Responsible of complex engineering packages of EPC Onshore and Offshore Oil & Gas projects. Handled the procurement of major packages in various ADNOC ONSHORE / OFFSHORE O/G proposals like Rumaitha-Thamama, BUHASA, BAB 485, DALMA, BELBAZEM, SATAH, HAIL & GASHA etc. Currently handling all the Electrical packages procurement of ongoing Habshan-5 De-bottlenecking ADNOC Gas processing (AGP) project having a project value of around USD 250 Million.

Handled Project procurement of Material & Services related to Electrical, Instrumentation and Compressors Packages of all ongoing Material Handling/ Ash Handling Projects for Power Projects of clients majorly NTPC, BHEL and APGENCO & State Owned Electricity Producer, Reliance, ADANI, ESSAR & BGR Energy & Overseas Client i.e. Petro Vietnam, Lillama, Clyde Bargemen, U.K. etc. having Project value of around USD 30 Million each.

Handled Project Procurement of E&I equipment’s for Rumaitha-Shanayel Facilities NEB-III, Abu Dhabi Oil and Gas Exploration Project having Project value of USD 800 Million. This Project was in consortium with GS E&C having total Project value of USD 3.2 Billion.

Handled Procurement of Dahej and Hazira (Gujarat India) CCPP Project on EPC basis having Project value around USD 1.2 Billion. Finalized rate Contract of HT & LT Motors for USD 20 billion J3 Project India. End to End procurement of Electrical equipment’s for all ongoing Petrochemical/Polyester Projects. Reviewed and coordinated for all upcoming Turnkey Captive Power Projects to be finalized on EPC Basis.

Handled procurement of 220KV switchyard extension for 2X330MW (Phase-I) Mundra Thermal Power Project (4620MW) Gujarat India , 400KV Switchyard Additional Bay, C&I Erection & commissioning package for BTG & Integral BOP and Cable Trays (Electrical & C&I) for 2X660MW Kawai Thermal Power Project (1200MW) in Rajasthan India.

Handled Planning and Execution of Erection, Testing & Commissioning works of 6.6 KV HT Switchgear, 415V LT Switchgear, 24 KV, 6.6 KV & 415V Bus Duct, Distribution Transformers (2.5 MVA Dry type), Bus Transfer System (BTS), Electrical Control Panel (ECP), BTG MCC, Common MCC, BMCC, TMCC, HT/ LT Motors for 4620 MW (4X330 MW+ 5X660 MW) Mundra Power Project, India.Worked on numerical relays used for different protection schemes, undertook designing of electrical circuits and modifying them as per requirements.

Project Management and overall execution of GSM Projects (Electrical & Civil). Foundation & Erection of GSM towers, Power cable routing & commissioning of MDB’s.
