Responsible for multiple accounts within our location in Venlo. An important task is to serve our clients in the most efficient and effective way, making sure high quality is delivered for a fair price. Occupied with aquiring new business and bidding-process for mainly customer service activities.

At this point I'm responsible for several projects within Arvato Services Venlo. On operational and customer base.

I was supervisor of 25 people working for an energy-company. My resposibilities were achieving a positive service level on a day to day basis for the channels front- and backoffice and making sure that my people were succesfull in making their KPI's as agreed in the SL-agreement. All of this can only succeed with good and effective coaching and performance management.

I was responsible for a team just starting out within the department V&I ( Sales-Info ). I had to make sure that these agents were prepared, trained and qualified ( achieving all targets on KPI's / sales / COPC monitoring ) to promote them to the regular sales teams.

I've worked for several sales companies in Spain. Aquiring new business was my main task . In this period I lived in Barcelona and Marbella.

This was a wholesale in fruit and vegetable. Specialty was asparagus. We did the purchase, sale, peel and packaging of it. In high season we provided work for about 50 people, in low season we did transportation on the side.
