In the role as HR Director I provide guidance and expertise as strategic partner to two Business Units within Business Area Port Solutions. My focus is on developing and executing the people and talent strategy in alignment with the business strategy. I belong to both BU's management teams and the Port Solutions People & Culture team and work closely with the Business Units heads and management team members, as well as our global COE and Regional / Country HR colleagues.

Development, implementation and monitoring of corporate standards / processes and initiatives focusing on talent management, learning & engagement. Certified user for 360° feedback and other assessments for senior positions. Some main projects: - Global engagement and listening strategy - Renewing engagement framework and survey approach - D&I initiatives as "D&I champion" - Break for productivity - Leadership strategy and core leadership offerings
