Sandro Müller

I am currently employed by Deloitte on a part-time/project basis. The projects involve forensic case review of confidential information, which requires sharp focus, attention to detail and thorough work ethics.

For the entirety of my postgraduate studies I sustained rent and living expenses by working for the renowned investment fund platform fundinfo. The job required quick, adaptive and efficient problem solving skills in the field of financial data handling and client services: • Administration and quality assurance of core client fund data. • Manifold data handlings via MS excel and proprietary database systems. • Multilingual correspondence and phone support for international fund providers.

After completion of my undergraduate studies I took a break from university with the aim of gathering valuable work experience in a strategic department of a large company: • Analysis of options available for online and offline data integration. • Development of corresponding business cases (main focus: retargeting). • Responsible for research, evaluation and presentation of resulting business cases.

During said gap year from university I also wanted to work in a more direct and fast-paced start- up environment, where communication feedback and creative processes were much quicker: • Conceptualization and realization of Swiss online broker comparison (published). • Miscellaneous research projects and database administration. • Development and management of Google Adwords campaign.

During a two-month period a team of students and I were responsible for adequately processing a backlog of customer complaints and requests in proprietary data base system.

In order to fund my English language studies in Sydney (spring 2008) I briefly worked as a telemarketer selling phone contracts suited for small businesses.
