Collaborate with Vendor Managers, Graphic Designers and Project Managers from different countries and cultures (Europe, North America and Asia) for multilingual DTP projects.

Manage page layout, design, format and style for manuals, brochures, decals - European languages, double-byte Asian languages as well as bidirectional languages such as Hebrew or Arabic.

I managed large customer accounts and I found the best solutions to maximize the quality/price ratio; therefore, I have succeeded reducing the costs and deadlines through teams of translators, proofreaders and linguists (specialized and native) and using assisted translation programs (like Trados) which allowed uniformity and increasing the quality of translations.

I coordinated the sales team (4 sales representatives) and I managed closing major contracts through presenting to our customers the best financial offers and technical solutions that include specialized programs that generate significant savings by not paying of the identical repetitive segments from a project; these programs allows delivery of a uniform content in any language.

Through the activities of sales prospecting, contact telephones, fairs & exhibitions or test-drive I could fulfill my sales plan; I also was part of the team that oversaw the delivery of vehicle fleets technically modified for special interventions for the Romanian state institutions (Police and Parliament).

In 1996 I managed to attract investors to the stock market in Romania only established; greatest professional achievement was the initiation, development and completion of a successful IPO (Initial Public Offering) for a Romanian company; I also coordinated a team of 9 brokers in Gelsor Agency, Mures County.
