Lead of implementation on the Laravel framework hosted on google cloud and keep abreast of new trends & best practices in web development and web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support

-Optimizing web performance with MetaTag, SEM, Social Media, SEO and the use of Google analytics tools to track user and buyer behaviour in order to suggest improvements to site usability and user experience. Implementation of continual A/B testing (VWO) and User Experience (Hotjar) programs on an ongoing basis.

-Developing and maintaining the front end and back end functionality of the web site with the aim to deliver great usability, 'onbrand' shopping experience, support business growth and eCommerce central team to implement improvements to avoid future instances. -Working with the Digital Marketing Team and ECT to ensure all CRM Technical requirements on the sites are fully implemented and working correctly and manage all brand maintenance tickets through Redmine & JIRA.

-Dealing effectively with customer enquiries, providing a high standard of service. -Occasionally responsible for training or supporting new staff, including organizing their work schedule.

-Gained valuable technical experience and developed personal effectiveness within a corporate environment, along with an understanding of the company’s core business activities. -Responsible for the layout, visual appearance and usability of the web & mobile devices. Testing the website for functionality in different browsers, at different resolutions and cross browser compatibility.
