Auditing of whole network parameters and configuration related to UL PS Services. Implementation of HSUPA Phase I and II with differentiated parameters in order to increase capacity and peak throughput according to cluster morphology, optimizing SIR, BLER and Power Offset of the RABs that carry UL PS Services. Suggesting and trialing of new features to optimize RTWP and CE usage: CCPIC I-II, Turbo IC, CE overbooking and Adaptive Configuration of Power Offset.

Technical supporting of UMTS inter-operator Benchmark for Nextel in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey Supporting technical team during the design of indoor sites in Mexico City and Monterrey. Supporting of sales team in the offering of Service Solutions to customers in the CALA Market.
